Description:

I am sorry for posting earlier that a similar photo was deleted for unknown reasons.The reason was that the first oicture was to heavy and shoul have resized by me.
At last some friends found out that this ship was called Sacramento I shot this photo late october 2007 when she was pulled by tugs eastbound at her final journey through the Panama channel.

Im not sure but this is Fast Combat Support Ship ex-USS "Sacramento" or ex-USS "Camden" on her last way to scrapyard in Brownsville TX.

By looking at the 3rd and 4th to last photos at http://www.navsource.org/archives/09/59/5902.htm of Camden in the Panama Canal, I can rule out Camden. The mystery vessel has two pairs of two round, black items on top of the bridge (I'm not sure exactly what they are). These are not present in the photos of Camden. Also, on Camden is a radar still present near the top of the mast. This is not there on the mystery ship. Therefore, I can conclude that the mystery vessel is Sacramento.
