I finally found my information on this vessel. She was built as the Hanna Cornelia, a Dutch motor fishing vessel in 1936. Between 1984-1986, she was converted to a brigantine, with rigging by Wally Buchanan. She was delivered to the Seychelles in September of 1986. I saw an ad listing her for sale in September,1989 in Classic Boat magazine. After that, I have no idea what became of her. Apparently she did not sell, and simply has been rotting away in the boatyard where you took the picture. I've seen many similar pictures like yours in Flickr, but no further information on her. Hopefully someone else can provide more details. She has a steel hull, and was listed as 68', which I believe is her LOD. I've also seen her listed at 92', which is likely her overall length.
