Interesting note... Since I took this photo, both vessels featured here have had their lifeboats and rafts removed, being replaced by LSA (Liferaft Systems Australia) slides and rafts. After a $57,000,000 CAD refit, the Queen of New Westminster now operates on route 1, which is from Tsawwassen to Swartz Bay.
