This is certainly the Chinese passengership "Lu Xin Jia". I have 2 pictures of it taken in 2007 with the same chinese letters, but also with the name in Roman letters written underneath. It has been rebuilt quite a lot since 2007, all structure in front of the bridge is new. In 2007 it had twin masts on the foredeck. The passengerdecks aft has also been increased, and in 2007 all lifeboats were white. I do not have more knowledge about the ship and I would appreciate any further info.

Yes I know as also have the picture as rebuilt, but I try to find info about it but it is impossible. The name is well visible in roman letters, but I dont know were I can check for more info. Appreciated yr reply.

As per Miramar ship index the Chang Liu, Chang Song and Chang Bai are 3 diferent ships, and Lu Xin Jia is not mentioned.
Also as Oriental Queen don't exist any ship built in 1981.Any more information about??

I can't find her anywhere in Equasis or Miramar ship index! Can someone give me some details on her please???

Her name is "lv xing jia",means traveller.Ferry between Dalian and Tianjin.
Built 1981 Jul Shanghai Hudong shipyard,Loa138,Gross ton 7670,Power 9000kn,service speed 14.5,three cargo holds,930 passagers.
Ten years ago her name is "chang liu","chang bai",chang song"something like that,it will take 40 hours from Shanghai to Dalian,not good memory.
