This vessel looks very much like the Poly Cat type, built by Damen Shipyards in The Netherlands, which built this type for the Dutch and French pilotage in the 70's and 80's.
They were polyesther boats, with incredible speed but poor sailing capabilities.
In The Netherland the Grutto, was of the same type.
