Description:

Received some info about her from Capt. Carlos Dufriche

ITAMARACÁ was an old sailing bark named PARKDALE, auctioned in Rio around
1916. Later a Sulzer Brothers Ltd. Winterthur, diesel engine was fitted and she sailed for many years for Lloyd Nacional & Costeira, Rio de Janeiro. She kept some sails and when the wind was favorable, they were rigged and some extra knots could be gained.
Registered at Rio de Janeiro
Many thanks to Capt. Carlos Dufriche for this additional information about her.
