I was captain on leadtug Retriever, I know another new mate came on board in Mongstad. The tow was in 1990 from Cadiz. The barge was H114.

Tugs are Heerema's 'Njord' (left, now 'Gulf Balder') and 'Retriever' (right, recently sold). Tow is en route from a yard in Spain, where the jacket was built, to Mongstad, Norway. The Jacket is for the Oseberg-C platform. I joined the Retriever 11 days after this shot was taken.
