Great photo of the Nautica, there was a third sister here for a while as well, named the Stena Nordica.I am a big fan of the CN/Marine Atlantic ferries.Thanks for posting it.

Hi Mac,

I was wondering if this was a sister ship to the former Marine Atlantica from North Sydney to Newfoundland.

Yes they were virtually identical sisters. The distinguishing feature was that Marine Atlantica had large rectangular windows the whole length of her top deck, while Nautica had a series of small ones for part of the length.
I see that Nautica has had a deck added since she left this area.
