Hello Jarrod: Nice photo Sir. However, you have a lot of folks at a disadvantage: Where in the World is Point Tupper (for non-Nova Scotians),and what in the devil is Nustar??? Regards, Ken

Hello Ken,
Thank You, Point Tupper is located near Port Hawkesbury, Nova Scotia on the Strait of Canso. Nustar was formerly known as Statia Terminals . It was originally built as the Gulf Oil refinery.the tank farm and marine terminal were reactivated quite a few years ago and is used as a storage facility.the big VLCC tankers that cannot enter Ports like New York and Philadelphia offload here and smaller tankers like the Eagle Baltimore shuttle it throughout the eastern seaboard.I hope this helps
Take care
Jarrod

Hi Jarrod: Thanks for the update on the name change for the terminal. Been out of touch with the Straight since the eighties. Actually did a study there for the LNG Terminal proposed as part of the Arctic Pilot Project in 1980. Boy time flies. Take care and all best wishes. Ken
