Krispen is right! This vessel is the former danish coaster MISTRALEN, built in 1964 by Sönderborg Skibsvaerft.

This the TORCH - IMO 6402066.

Built in 1964, she has been here for a while now, previously spotted at Portland and prior to this Poole. She came to Poole from the Clyde where she had been used as buoy tender.
