the name of the ship is "Uruguay"
ARA means Armada Republica Argentina.
She is a museumship owned by the argentinian navy.

That tallship is the ARA Uruguay and now is moored at Puerto Madero in Buenos Aires; Argentina. Now she is an museum ship.
