Those vessels hit were not spectacular big, MAERSK NEWARK (2500 teu), MAERSK BINTAN (3400 teu) and the HUSKY RACER (1000 teu). But, if it happened 24hrs later, the giant EUGEN MAERSK was on that berth...

On the other side of the terminal at that moment there were 2 big Maersk vessels, the ADRIAN MAERSK and MAERSK SEOUL.

I was suprised that this accident was almost nowhere in the news, only in the local German newssites etc.

But, you can imagine when you are on board any of those ships and you see a car carrier coming to your vessel (out of control) at pretty high speed, you must feel very scared!! :-o
