Pacific Swift entering Victoria Harbour, 6/23/05 1314 PST. Pacific Swift is a 111' Topsail Schooner built, owned and operated by the "Sail And Life Training Society" (or S.A.L.T.S.), a non profit christian organisation which takes teens and young adults out on extended sailing trips. They are based out of Victoria B.C. Canada. Pacific Swift was built by S.A.L.T.S. as a working exhibit at Expo 86 in Vancouver B.C. in 1986 and has since travelled over 100,000 deep sea miles, as far away as Australia, Europe and Pitcairn Island (Final home of the famed mutineers from the HMS Bounty)
