Description:
A Sunday afternoon looking through my dad's photo drawer produces several photos that looked interesting.... this one of the Shetland trawler Ardsheean taken in Lerwick dates from August 1976. Behind her is the Lerwick registered Starina LK 34.

If to blurry/fuzzy please delete if you so wish but i thought i would post it to show you guys...

Some more info i found out about the vessel Richard, she got sold from Shetland to Lewis and got renamed Diana II SY 299, she got on a new wheelhouse and shelterdeck when there, later she became Jasper BF 778 where she fished from Fraserburgh and Mallaig till she got broken up in Macduff harbour in 2002. Hope this is of some intrest to your father. All the best.
