This replika is open to the public in Pictou, Nova Scotia. She is a full-scale reproduction of the tall ship Hector that is renowned for bringing the first wave of Scottish immigrants to Nova Scotia in 1773. It was this historic voyage that established Pictou as the "Birthplace of New Scotland".

It's the ship Hector and it was built and is docked in Pictou , Nova Scotia.It was launched in 2000.

I rather think that tall ship is in Pictou, Nova scotia,Canada rather than Pugwash.
