Description:
This sorry relic is the former US Coast Guard buoy tender CACTUS (WLB-270). After running aground in 1971, she was sold into private hands and converted to a barge. She then was left abandoned for several years until being possessed by Washington's King County in 2008. She now lies in this state, as seen on July 29, 2009, near Harbor Island in Seattle.
