This the little Ferry "Louis Cardinal". She's crossing the mighty Mackenzie River in the Northwest Territories, Canada. The crossings are free of charge and it's part of the Dempster Highway to Inuvik (km 608). The picture was taken on August 8th, 2009 as we drove the Dempster. More soon on my homepage.
