Hello
Its Logistic Landing Ship class Sir Lancelot ex RFA Sir Percivale (L 3036).
Sir Percivale was commisioned on 4 October 1967 and decommissioned on 17 August 2004

You are correct about it being the Sir Percivale.
I think the class was known as the Round Table class; named after the tales of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table.
Others in that class included Sir Lancelot, Sir Galahad, Sir Tristram and Sir Geraint.
