- any type of general cargo (other than refrigerated); - bulk cargo (coal, grain, ore) in Holds Nos.2 to 5;
- rice in bags, long steel profiles, vehicles, etc.; - 1196 cbm of vegetable oil (or bulk) in cargo tank (Hold No. 1);
- containers - five layers on tank top, two laters on hatch covers (three on Hold. No. 3) - 412 TEU (later increased to 542);
To handle all this cargo, the ships had 3 pairs of characteristic, electro-hydraulic Orenstein & Koppel cranes (FGH type):
first and third pair - 12,5t SWL (each crane); second pair: 25,0t SWL (each crane).
Interestingly - because in opposite way as usually - in 1997 two ships were acquired from Chipolbrok by Polish Ocean Lines'
subsidiary POL - America, for South America route. They were auctioned in year 2000, when POL - America went bankrupt.
