Excellent photo Kent, it really gives off a sense of tranquility.

Tranquility at that point due to a back log at lock 2 after a fire that started I believe was one of the wood fenders that line the approach wall, it happen from time to time from ships rubbing along the wooden fender and friction starts a fire,The Federal Weser was waiting for the Algosteel to lock down after a turn back from another vessel ahead of Algosteel.
