Built for the Ministry of War Transport as EMPIRE RAYMOND (Foremost Class wartime standard ‘Empire’ tug). 1947-sold to William Watkins Ltd, renamed CERVIA. 1972-sold for preservation. 1973-returned to service with ITL - International Towing Ltd. 1984-returned to preservation at Ramsgate.
