'Empire Type' Grosvenor Mariner at Rangoon, an appropriate location as she was completed by Harland & Wolff at Belfast in 1944 as Empire Rangoon. 1947 became Homer City, 1960 Grosvenor Mariner, 1966 Red Sea. 17 August 1971 ashore at Hong Kong during Typhoon Rose, refloated and broken up. In the foreground is the local water boat which could have been used to promote bottled water.
