This is [i]Akademek Sergey Korolev[/i], a Russian spaceflight tracking vessel that was visiting St. John's, Newfoundland in 1988 when I took this photo.
It was built at Chernomorsky Shipyard, Nikolayev in 1970, completed in 1971.
