Seen here off the Risdon Wharfs upstream from Hobart, Tasmania, Australia preparing to turn round prior to berthing.  We think the ship was meant to load ferterliser but because of the condition of the ships and major deficencies it was not allowed to Load, the Crews living conditions were beyond 3rd world, I belive they also had several months of wages owing to them also.  The ship was detained and later moved to Hobart where she laid up for several weeks undergoing repairs
