Since 1996, as a heavy storm pushed this tugboat on the beach near Vila Nova de Milfontes / Portugal, these wreck is destroyed more and more by the sea. It seems, the nature take it back. Unfortunately the name of this ship is unknown. Some people call it "Titanic do Sudoeste". |

She is on north Gateway reef - Shaib al Falahiyat and went aground 26/3/1979.

In Elefsina/Eleusis, Greece on May 13, 2010. IMO 5074226. Ex-CITY OF YORK 1953, MEDITERRANEAN SKY 1971, SITERRANEAN SKY 1987-1988. Particulars HERE.
She was laid up in Elefsina from February 1999 until November 26, 2002 when she capsized and was taken to shallow water in the spot where she's now. |
