Built 1945 by Leathem D. Smith Shipbuilding, Sturgeon Bay WI as US Navy water tanker YW 123
Sold for scrap in 1990 but resold as VIGILANTE to Venezuelan fishing company Indepesca CA.
Later in 1990s became SEBASTIAN owned by Banco Republica, Lima before moving in 2000 to Rossline Business International SA, Panama under Honduras flag.
Doesn't look very active!

No, I know she was there at anchorage in 2006,,,but I am pretty sure I saw
her moving in the port when I was there with the Cap Flinders in 2005
but guess she reached the end of it.
