This photo shows the vessel as a tanker prior to her conversion to a bulk carrier in 1968 and 1969.
Already seriously damaged in a fire and explosion at Swansea in November 1954, she was cut in half in the dock and both sections towed and repaired at Harland & Wolff's yard in Belfast.

Then in 1968/1969 she was again cut with her fore end sold for scrap, and the remainder joined to the cargo section of "ETNEFJELL" (IMO: 5109239) which had been owned by A/S Dovrejell (Olsen & Ugelstad) of Oslo. "ETNEFJELL" had herself been a tanker originally and was converted in 1963 to a bulk carrier until she suffered a fire & explosion 55.20N/33.25W on 31.10.68 (with 30 fatalities) after which her aft section was broken up at Sandefjord 1.69
