Yes, she's Sun Ship hull 674, a "stretched" PONCE DE LEON-class RO/RO, fitted with a 90'9" parallel midbody, which included fixed ballast in her double bottom tanks for stability and a "spar deck" forward of the house for pure RO/RO service (since removed). I was on her trial trip in summer of 1976; we took her out as the "Westward Venture" and, while we were out on trials, she was sold to PFEL and came back up the Delaware River as the "Atlantic Bear." For about 10 years, from the late 60's to the late 70's, Sun had great success building ships like Detroit built cars ... until a couple of them became unmarketable.
