CSL Assiniboine at Bridge 21, Port Colborne, Welland canal. May 15/06. She was built as the Jean Parisien in 1977. In 2005 her forebody was removed and scrapped and a new, slightly longer, forebody was installed. Her old forebody had reached the end of its useful life, and new Seaway regulations allowed ships to be wider and longer so her size was increased accordingly.
