Puerto de Santander. España.
El buque camerunés 'Meugang I', con bandera panameña, llegó el 13 de junio a Santander, donde quedó retenido por no encontrarse en condiciones de navegabilidad. En este tiempo, los marineros no han abandonado el barco y no quieren irse de España sin sus sueldos, que no cobran desde octubre del 2006.
Tras llegar a un acuerdo, el barco cambió su nombre por el de Ganga.
