Description:

DIRPHYS II, photographed at anchor off Apapa/Lagos on 4th January 1976, was built in 1959 by Sir.J.Laing at Sunderland as BARON MINTO. Purchased by Mycali Maritime of Piraeus in 1967, she later became FILIO AVGERIS in 1980 but was laid up at Eleusis in September 1981, sailing as LEA to Gadani Beach where she arrived for breaking on 11th June 1984.

DIRPHYS II had arrived off Lagos on 1st September 1975 and, following discharge of her cement cargo during May/June 1976, sailed on 22nd June for Piraeus
