Description:
The Queen of Victoria, BC Ferries, caught in the late afternoon sun as she passes Salt Spring Island on her Swartz Bay on Vancouver Island during the mid 1980s. Launched in 1962 at Victoria she served until 2001. Sold to R & G Importadora & Exportadora of the Dominican Republic. Renamed Queen of Ocoa. Scrapped in 2006 at Alang.[ (PHOTO/Dennis j. Dubinsky)
