Hugo Peters subcontructed hull building to other German yards in the 1970s. Not a copy, but a Paters Design built by another Yard.

YES,, that culd be,, hugo peters trademark was the forward leaning funnel integrated in the bridge, but I think some small yards copied it, not sure therefore that it is really a hugo peters construction. may be only by plans of them.

Sorry to say friends but looks slike one of those typical Hugo Peters Werft vessels from Wewelsfleth, whereof You could see really a lot in the beginning 70ties at the Kiel canal!
The typical sign for the Peters - vessels was the superstructure with the integrated funnel! :-)
