1999 "West", "East", "South" sold to Vitranschart to rename "Phuong Dong 1", "Phuong Dong 2", "Phuong Dong 3" (Phuong Dong means Eastern)
At April 2010 "Phuong Dong 2" sold to Singapore to rename "Safina 2"
"Phuong Dong 1" and "Phuong Dong 2" are still serving in Vitranschart (3.2011) and planning to be sold in this year 2011.
Day by day, SD14 will be in historic...

West Islands built for the West Islands Shipp.Co, Limassol (Empresa Navig.Mambisa, Havana).
East Islands built for the East Islands Shipp.Co, Limassol (Empr.Navig.Mambisa, Havana).
North Islands built for North Islands Shipp.Co, Limassol (Empr.Navig.Mambisa, Havana). July 9, 1997 aground and broken in two.
All sailed under Cyprus flag.

But Miramar.com also my company's profile don't have any information about these vessels pre-owners before The Cuban Goverment (Empressa Naviera Mambisa) you mention above.
