She has a damaged bow after hitting the east wing wall of Miraflores Lock in December 1974 enroute UK to NZ. Temporary repairs were carried out at Balboa, then permanent reapirs on her return to UK.

Built 1927 for G.T.Nicol,then 1963 to Kaiapoi Shipping.
She was laid up at Auckland and had just been auctioned by the Auckland Harbour Board to recover wharf dues. She left soon after as the Paerimu for Fiji and sank at her moorings in the Bay of Islands, Suva, in 1981.
