When she was broken up in Scotland I purchased the steam whistle off her and it has been in my collection ever since. I used to live in Southampton UK and emigrated to NZ in 1995, moving to none other than Wellington.
How interesting that after all these years I have found that the whistle was here before, albeit attached to the ship !
