Just a little clarification. The BELLA DESGAGNES is replacing the M/V NORDIK EXPRESS not the RELAIS NORDIK. RELAIS NORDIK is the name of the ferry/cargo operator not the ship itself.

Thanks for posting the picture and information. I was not aware of this new ship coming to the lower north shore of Quebec.

This is not a cable layer, it is a passenger ship! The big crane on the stern is meant to handle containers. Great shot! Will be nice to see this unique passenger/cargo ship when finished. thanks for posting!
