Chris, I think this caption belonged to your previous shot, which does actually show her at Oslo. Isn't this one of Rick Garcia's slides, taken at Vancouver? Also, the scrap tow, during which she sank, did not originate in the Netherlands. I think she departed from Tampa, FL, but would have to look that up.
