ANGEL 1 scuttled on November 26,2011 36 miles off the coast of Mauritius at the depth od 4400 meters. She was refloat a day earlier from the coral reef off Poudre d'Or where run aground on August 8th after engine failure. With bottom heavy damaged she couldn't be towed for repairs.
