Description:
Built at the Fairfield yard in Glasgow in 1960 as ALERT for HM Postmaster General she originally had a white hull and upperworks with the yellow funnel.
In the 1969 she was renamed CS ALERT and received the livery seen in this pic taken from Erskine Bridge in 1974.She was based on the Clyde in these days.
She was scrapped in 1995 as AL.
