The Tug is detachable from the Barge; the Tug is catamaran type; the Engine Room & propeller are on each Ps & Stbd side of the catamaran Tug.

Interesting.. I have never seen an ATB that attached so seamlessly. nice combo!!

This is an ATB - Articulated tug/barge combo. The tug can be detached but it is unique to the barge it propels

Bit confused here, the pics by Jan van der Doe are showing what is clearly a cargo type vessel( possibly 305m long), but not a "tug".
The pics by Sam Draye/Michel Gosselin show a rather unusual "tug", but is nowhere near the 305m indicated in the Technical details, so which is the true PRESQUE ISLE
