Hi Eric, you are correct, it´s Federal Rideau. I was checked the original picture (bigger) and compared with another in database.

This likely isn't the Federal Baffin - she has four deck cranes; the vessel in this picture only has three. This ship looks more like one of Fednav's Oshima class. According to AIS info., Federal Rideau ( IMO 9200445 ) was somewhere in the region around this time, this may very well be her.
