Equasis classifies them as Container RO/RO cargo ship and they have been put in the RO/RO category on this website for some time so we leave them classified as RO/RO ships. This is one of the "grey area's" of the RO/RO category unfortunately…

Thanks Bob, my idea also, but most of the time she is stored in the RORO category. I must admit that the RORO ramp is rather prominent and this kind of ship had a larger RORO capacity than container capacity before they were lenghtened

Good question, Stan! I would say it is a container ship with a bit of ro-ro capacity (rather than vice versa) so it should be classed as a container ship.

And still going strong. But is it a RORO or a container ship?
