Hello Knut Helge
sometimes I really wonder, how it is possible such a vessel get this lot of hits. Okay, for me, I like this old coasters, they give me back some thoughts from the 90 ties when I made my papers in Flensburg. A lot of them discharged their cargo of grain in Flensburg, today you must be lucky to get some of the last old coasters still in buiseness here in Europe, not too much left.
On the other side some pics in my eyes are really good but it seems that nobody take really care, see the pic of the Sypress as example, I like it but....
Med hilsen from a foggy place
Andreas

Hello Andreas
Well. Here you got a picture with a lot of hits and some comments too.
Did see some of this type of ships when we was in PanCan during 2009.
Best regards.

Rather normal on this old vessels, length wise they could carry less container and no arrangements made for lash eyes , the athwartship way the container can be lashed easy

Looks strange now, but not uncommon to see similar "container feeders" in NW Europe in the 1970s

Call that "containerfeeder" ? Strange way to put containers this way on a ship's deck ! other countries, other habits I guess.
