WELCOME TO SHIPSPOTTING.COM
Description:
When big cruise liners come into the Firth of Forth in Scotland such as the QM2 , as seen here , the official port of call , South Queensferry is usually close off by the HMRC for security reasons and local passenger boats are sometimes called upon to ferry their passengers back to the ship. In this picture , MV Maid of the Forth is just doing that. Although Rosyth is chosen as port of call and on the other side of the river , I have substituted it a nearest recognised port.
