HMS BULWARK flies the White Ensign and, like all Royal Navy ships, does not carry a port of registry.
As is so often the case, the "vessel identification panel should be largely ignored.

That's a bit strange with the IOM regristration flag , all Royal Navy military vessels are registered in London. This is wrong information surely?
