She was the former Cape Arnhem (pic at below link) of Lyle Shipping / Scottish Ship Management who went into liquidation in May 1987 after significant trading losses. She was under arrest at Darmin and later may have been joined by sisters Adelpha ex Cape Finnisterre and Kalapati ex Cape Trafalgar in November. Under the name Acacia 1 there is believed to have also been a ownership dispute between sellers, buyers and mortgage holders that resulted in protracted legal proceedings. On 25 May 1988 the sisters reported sold to same Cypriot flag buyer and Acacia 1 renamed Atlantis Two. In 1998 became World Amber and then in 2004 converted into a dredger and r/n Xin Hai Hang.
