Polish Ocean Lines' 1973 Viana do Costelo built MAJOR SUCHARSKI was photographed arriving at Liverpool on 14th September 1991. During the mid 1990's, she was operated by Martec S.A. of Luxembourg and sported a dark blue hull colour. Sold in 1997, she briefly traded as DIAMOND RAY, albeit arrested for two months at Gibraltar in mid 1997 due to non-payment of a mortgage, until beached at Alang on 7 October 1998 to be broken up.
