I'm not specialist in russian alphabet but documentation I've found are talking about Khasan instead of Hasan (what's the X in russian ?)
She's a Russian Navy training ship built in Poland in 1978 (Warski Szczecin) like her two sister-ships Perekop and Smolnyy
Displacement 9150 tons
Dimensions 138 x 16,2 x 6,5 m
Complement 150 + 350 cadets
Khasan collided with and sank the turkish Fast Attack Craft Melten (P325)in october 1985 in the bosphorus ! Khasan was decommissioned 31 oct 98.
