Crew: 132 + 30 instructors + 300 cadets

Sonar: Shelon hull mounted MF
EW: Watch Dog intercept

Hello
I'm not specialist in russian alphabet but documentation I've found are talking about Khasan instead of Hasan (what's the X in russian ?)
She's a Russian Navy training ship built in Poland in 1978 (Warski Szczecin) like her two sister-ships Perekop and Smolnyy
Displacement 9150 tons
Dimensions 138 x 16,2 x 6,5 m
Complement 150 + 350 cadets
Khasan collided with and sank the turkish Fast Attack Craft Melten (P325)in october 1985 in the bosphorus ! Khasan was decommissioned 31 oct 98.
Best regards
Xtian

Many thanks for information about Khasan.
I think that X means in Russian H. I took this photos quite long time ago and if I remember right I wrote the name after local press which wrote her name HASAN. But it was always problem with russian name writteen in english. Most important is that I now know quite much more about this vessel.
Many thanks Xtian

On checking the cyrillic alphabet X = Kh A = a C = s & H = n so as the others have said the name of the ship is Khasan, but the error in the name does not detract from a excellent photo.
